Become a volunteer and help our youth become part of a financially stronger community.
During Wi$e Money Week, we partner with Junior Achievement of North Florida (JA) to host JA in a Day at local elementary and high schools. Using age-appropriate curriculum developed by JA, volunteers spend the school day with an assigned class to inspire and prepare students to succeed in the global economy. The interactive curriculum allows students to use the concepts they learn in hands-on activities throughout the day.
We are thrilled that 11 elementary and 2 high schools will be participating in Wi$e Money Week 2019. This represents over 300 classes filled! That means we need lots of volunteers to help make this week a success! So grab your family, friends, and colleagues and join us as we inspire and prepare young people to succeed and become wise about money.
Please select a school and grade level. Junior Achievement will be conducting training on the curriculum (dates to be determined).
All volunteers are asked to visit the Duval County Public Schools (DCPS) website to complete a Volunteer Application. Click here to apply.
