Family Foundations is a proud partner with United Way of Northeast Florida in the Full Service Schools program. Full Service Schools is designed to address a student’s non-academic barriers to success in school. Operating from and serving schools in Duval County Public Schools’ Westside feeder pattern, Family Foundations provides therapeutic counseling and behavioral interventions in individual, group, and family sessions to elementary, middle, and high school students.

But it takes more than counseling to help a student achieve success and maximize their potential to lead a better life.  Therefore, along with our United Way partner, we host several events open to the community:

  • Fall Festival
  • Thanksgiving Food Basket Giveaway
  • Christmas Gift & Food Basket Giveaway
  • Grandparent Ice Cream Social
  • Family Fun Day

The Westside Full Service Schools program operates at 8 schools on the Westside –  Baldwin Middle & High Schools, Bayview Elementary School, Cedar Hills Elementary School, Chaffee Trail Elementary, Chimney Lakes Elementary, Crystal Springs Elementary, Dinsmore Elementary, Fishweir Elementary, Jax Heights Elementary School, Jeb Stuart Middle School, Jeff Davis Middle School, John Stockton Elementary, Lake Shore Middle School, Lee High School, Mamie Agnes Jones Elementary, Ortega Elementary,  Stilwell Military Academy, Timucuan Elementary, Venetia Elementary, Whitehouse Elementary, Westside High School
