Our donors help make it possible for us to bring everyday families out of poverty. Because of these donations we are able to help people come into a healthy financial and living situation.

OUR DONORS

This work began when the Jessie Ball duPont Fund convened a team of community leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to identify a solution to the growing rate of poverty and the need for new responses to the problem. With the support of the Jessie Ball duPont Fund and the City of Jacksonville, a pilot program was funded.

The results of the pilot program were formally released to the community in 2014 and we now have the program in full implementation.

Since the initial investments by the Jessie Ball duPont Fund and the City of Jacksonville, numerous other investors have joined the cause, including:

  • Bank of America
  • The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida
  • The Rice Foundation
  • The Scheidel Foundation
  • The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
  • The Chartrand Family Fund at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida
  • Delores Barr Weaver Fund
  • Boeing
  • J.P. Morgan Chase
  • And numerous other foundations, corporations and individuals.
