This in-person workshop is HUD approved and taught by experienced housing counselors.  Prospective home buyers will learn details about the homebuying process and will leave with a wealth of knowledge on important housing issues.  The valuable information learned during this workshop ranges from shopping for a mortgage,  strategies for finding the perfect home and closing on it successfully,  to life after the purchase, maintaining your home and help with keeping it out of foreclosure.

After completion of the workshop, a Homebuyer Education Certificate of Completion, which meets the requirements of Lenders and Local and State down payment assistance programs, will be issued.

There is a $50.00 fee for this class and Preregistration is required.
